Hi. I am a 39 yr old professional. I own the townhome and would love to find someone to rent out the large basement. As said, it is a large basement with lots of lighting and a private bath. I have a small dog and am fairly quiet and enjoy the shared floor and and kitchen to be clean. I spend my evenings watching tv and cooking and going to bed early... Yes, I am an early to bed, early to rise person!
