Well, I will start off by describing the apartment. The rent term will be for 12 months. We are wanting to rent it "dorm-style", that way the utilities are included & we are responsible for our own rent which would be $359. If we don't do it "dorm-style" the rent is $789/month without including utilities, so we are kinda open to discussing that option. We just think having only one bill a month sounds pretty nice.
