We have a nice house on 48th street. It is close to Daffin Park and includes a washer/dryer, fenced yeard, close to a gas staton and kroger, 2 living rooms, new tile in the kitchen, central heat and air, off street parking, and we have wonderful neighbors. We are both students but new occupant does not have to be a student. We are fun loving and warm people looking for someone whom is the same and responsiple. Interview/ metting required.
