I am female and I live alone with my 2 dogs. I have a room for rent. It's private and unfurnished. Must be okay with two dogs. It's quiet and I have a nice yard and covered patio. Semi private bathroom. I'm also single so I will be the only person that sleeps here. I would like someone that doesn't bring other people to my place. I have a washer and dryer.
