I travel a lot, so you will have the run of all the house except for the other bedrooms. You'll get one space in the garage and use of the community amenities (pool, tennis courts, and Bal Harbour party house). If you have a boat, I have a boat slip with a lift for it. Since you will have the run of the whole house except for the other bedrooms, you will pay the utilities (electric averaged $137/month last year) and the HOA fee of $385/month.
