Hi I'm Kayla, a 24 year old professional who just moved to Independence. I have a dog and indoor cat, well behaved and like poeple. I work M-F all day. Fun weekends. Rm to rent in triplex building.There is parking in back + shared b-yard with patio. The apartment is 900 sqft; 2 br/1 ba full kitchen w/ fridge/washer/microwave and dining rm;stackable w/d hookups but I don't have a w/d yet; carpet + tile;rooms have heaters; rent doesn't include utilities we're responsible for water/electric/wifi.
