Riverplace apartments are amazing, modern new apartments with many amenities, including an onsite rec center, car wash, and convenience store. Right behind the apartments is the river and a beautiful trail that leads to Independence Park. I need someone to take over my lease which will end in July, and I have 2 roommates who attend WOU and are super sweet! They're mostly homebodies and love having movie nights as roommates. The room is 10'6"x10'6" and you'd be sharing a bathroom with 1 person :)
