I currently have a signed lease at Mustang Village for 12 months from 08/14/21 to 07/31/22. The rent is $765 for a shared room in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Includes full kitchen (dishwasher!), living/dining room area, fully furnished, communal laundry, access to pool and gym, options for private parking, and walking distance from campus. I am reletting this lease because I decided to transfer to a different school after signing the lease.
