Hello, My friend and I are looking for a girl roommate to lease out a room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment at The Valencia. You would be taking over a lease from another girl. You would have your own room that comes furnished and would share the upstairs bathroom with me. You have an option to pay $1,700 the first month which pays for parking or $1,020 without parking. Monthly rent is $1,020 including utilities. To be in this complex you have to be a Cal Poly or Cuesta Student.
