The room and house are amazing, but I need to move closer to work, so am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The room is a very large master bedroom, with an attached full bathroom and walk-in closet. The house is newer, so utilities are cheap. There is free access to two community pools. All utilities are divided in half. It's a very nice house in a very nice location. Driveway or garage parking. Very close parking lot for visitors. Looking for a honest person
