Looking for a down to earth, clean, female roommate to get a 2x2 place close to campus, groceries, nightlife. I’m person who likes my own space but also will want to occasionally have people over-no crazy parties though. I do have a place in mind that is a 1300sq ft 3bedroom 2 bath house which would be $750each & we get one of the bedrooms as a guest room or office. Or $500 a month each and we share the space.
