We have a furnished Studio Room (12x14) with a kitchenette and full bath that will be available for rental beginning October 1st. The rent of $1300 includes all utilities, Roku Streaming Device, cable and high-speed wireless internet. This is a great place for a single professional seeking a temporary rental, although we have had people stay as long as five years! We are asking for a minimum lease commitment of six months and after that you can go month to month with a month's notice to vacate.
