My fiance and I are renting out a room in our 4 bedroom home thats on a cul de sac in quiet family oriented neighborhood in Summerville, SC. I am 25yrs old. My daughter and my brother also live with me. The price includes utilites, cable access (tv, internet, phone), use of washer/dryer/kitchen and the pool in the subdivision.
