I have a beautiful 2-acre property on a quiet estate street in south Tomball. The property is gated with a private pool, cabana, patio, grill. The room for rent is an efficiency apartment over the garage. I will add a stove, microwave and stackable washer/dryer. It’s already equipped with a sink, cabinets & refrigerator. The apartment has a private outside entrance via a large deck balcony. There is a 1-acre pasture & 2-stall barn available on property to rent for an extra fee if needed.
