Located in Spring, my boyfriend and I have a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath renovated modern house. The spare bedroom with your own private bath are located on the 2nd floor, next to my home office. All utilities are provided, including internet. Cable provided only in the living room. Pool, hot tub, running machine, stationary bike are available to use on the property. Rent is $1,000/month for one person and $1,300 for a couple. Renting daily, weekly and monthly are available options. No pets.
