A 3 bedroom/2 bath/2 car garage house, in a quiet brand new neighborhood off John Rodes Blvd. I have two small dogs (dachshunds), and would prefer a roommate without anymore pets; a dog is a possibility but I'm allergic to cats. I have a furnished room and an unfurnished room, so which ever you need is available for immediate move in. You would have your own bathroom and the guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house from the master suite so you would have privacy.
