I have a fully furnished home (except for the extra bedrooms I am renting out). It is about 5-7 min from Missouri State University and the same to get to the mall or Walmart. I have a fenced in back yard and a garage and you would get a garage door opener so you could park in it. Rent is negotiable. I just want someone honest, friendly, and fairly clean.
