Notes: 3 bedroom 2 bath located roughly 1 mile west of KU. My two roommates are moving out in august and I would like to keep this apartment for next year because of the location and low rent. No phone line but internet and cable are available. Coin washer/dryers are located in the complex. Pool in the complex. On KU bus route. I am allergic to cats. Looking for an easy-going person that won't make a lot of noise. Any questions, come and visit.
