I have a room for rent in the Dutch Hollow Community. Rent is $300 a month plus 50% of utilities used. 1st and last month rent is required for move in. The place was recently just bought and completely remodeled. Brand new carpet, wood floors, All paneling replaced by Sheetrock, Fresh Paint. Looking for a roommate between the ages of 18 - 24.
