I am 21 years old, and I am tranferring to SJSU this coming January. My major is Nursing, so I really need a quiet place to stay and study. I also need a place who does not mind having one overnight guest over because I do have a sister that might stay with me overnight before we go home to Monterey every weekend. I have found one roommate, but we need at least 1 more to pay the rent cheap. Let me know if theres anything available
