I am subletting my bedroom in a newly remodeled 3BR apartment that I share with 2 great female roommates. It is located only 2 blocks from campus, yet the rent is only $385 per month, which includes heat, water, and trash pick-up. Electricity and internet are the only utilities the tenants pay, and they run between $10 & $15 each per month. Off street parking is available for an additional fee.
