I am a mature, easy-going female doctoral student/instructor at GMU.Townhouse is located about 20-25 minute drive to GMU (near Ft. Belvoir). Shared living room, kitchen, dining area, and good size porch outside are all furnished. Fenced-in porch has nice patio furniture and gas grill available for use with small garden area – wonderful to hang out on during nice weather! There’s also a washer/dryer in unit and dishwasher in kitchen. I have two small and very sweet adult dogs - so must like dogs!
