I am looking for a roommate to move in February 1st (or after). I currently have one other roommate as well. We are young professional females and very low maintanence (who would have thought?). You would have your own bedroom (unfurnished) and share a bathroom. I do ask that you put down half month rent as a deposit and if you have a pet there will be an additional pet deposit. Lakeview is a great area! Street parking is NEVER an issue. I have a fenced in backyard and the house is furnished
