Huge fenced in back yard, dog friendly, out of city limits but close to Rangeline and 63, two tier deck with furniture, jetted bathtub, hardwood floors, finished basement w/ washer and dryer, full kitchen, liquor cabinet, one car garage. We have 3 people living here already (1 girl, 2 guys in their early 20's) looking for at least one more roommate who likes to drink and party but is still responsible.
