Lautramont

A very simple, but well layed out house. Built in 1908 when the area around University of Portland was orchards. Near a school with a small park and tennis courts, the 40 mile bike trail that circles downtown, a little over a mile from the St. Johns Bridge. Safe area, huge yard, most of the appliances are a couple of years old, as are the sheet rock, paint, carpet, plumbing, cabinets, tub/sink...yadda yadda.
