I'm getting ready to move to Denver in January and am looking for a roommate for an apartment I've found. It's on Colorado and 9th and it's a really nice place. There's only one bathroom but it has two sinks and a lot of space, as well as a linen closet. The second bedroom is very big. Your rent would be about $560 not including utilities. Parking is free and it's a garage.
