We are a young couple looking to rent out our fully furnished downstairs bedroom (furnishing optional) and full bathroom with stand up shower. We have two small dogs that love to cuddle. The common living area is the downstairs including the front room with fireplace, the dining room, kitchen, living room and the upstairs laundry room. The downstairs bathroom would be private except when we have guests over. We would like a female or gay male roommate that does not have a lot of guests over.
