Tenant would have a 10x12 upstairs bedroom and a full bath next to their bedroom. This bath would only be shared on the rare occasion that we have overnight guests. Rent includes full kitchen and laundry room privileges, as well, reasonable storage space in the garage, and access to our private 10x15 storage unit for an addt'l $40.00 per month. Non-smokers, responsible or non-drinkers only. Must be drug-free and love rock'n'roll!
