We are renting a room with private bathroom in our condo - located on Lake Champlain and the bike path. Your room is on the first floor - large (13' x 15.5') with a high ceiling, a large closet, deck and patio door. The bathroom adjacent to room is private and has a toilet, sink, and a large shower with 2 built-in seats. For pics: [email protected] parking and utilities included.
