Hello, My name is Lili, and both my 8 year old son and I are subletting a bedroom within our 2 bedroom, 1 bath house, & fenced backyard located on Errett Circle in the West Side of Santa Cruz. We have a fully furnished house with a wash & dryer. It's prime location near New Leaf, SC Boardwalk, Downtown, UCSC bus stops and many nearby amenities. $800 rent + 1/3 of utilities. We have 3 fur and feathered babies, Arlo (3yr old terrier mix), and 2 conures,Baby & Leo.
