A little about the room I am renting. The room is 11ft x 12ft with hardwood floors, skylight and sliding door to the backyard. There is a private full bath attached to the room along with a good size storage room. There is also an extra bonus room off the bathroom that leads into the backyard. What I am looking for.What I am looking for. Looking for a quiet, happy, stable, responsible, and respectful individual. Preferably non-smoker, but not a deal breaker. Just have to smoke outside.
