I need to relocate and can't afford rent in two places. The townhouse is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom with hardwood floors in the livingroom & upstairs hallway. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Rent also includes cable, high speed internet, trash, water, sewer, 24 hr maintenance, & lawncare. The only additional cost would be electricity.New Roommate would need to be female. The place is very nice and kept well. Let me know if you are interested and I'll get you more info
