Located in a quiet, middle class neighborhood. The house itself has woodflooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms and tile in the laundry room and in the kitchen. Moreover, as much of the furnishing is mine and the third room is for my toddlers (I have joint custody), I willingly surrender the spacious master bedroom for potential roommates. It has its own bathroom with a separate shower and tub, his-and-hers sinks and a walk-in closet.
