Will rent lower level suite - furnished rec room, partially furnished lower level bedroom & private bath. Shared areas will include the kitchen, dining room, laundry room & outdoor areas. There is street parking & also an express bus to the Pentagon, making Metro quite accessible. It's a lovely wooded community with walking trails. I've got one cat who is very clean & quite amusing. Looking for someone who is easy-going, clean, mature, considerate of others with a good sense of humor. No drama!
