I am looking to sublet my room in an off-campus house for the spring semester. The room is a double, is fully furnished and has a walk-in closet, TV and Xbox, among other things. The house is located in a prime location two blocks from Route 1 on College Avenue and Dickinson. It has a huge living room, pool table and a fantastic chef if you choose to go on the meal plan, which is way cheaper than the UMD dining halls.
