Hi I'm Shonda. I'm looking for someone to actually take over my rent. I have to relocate back home to NC to help a sick family member. My apartment is very nice, clean and quiet. There is plenty of parking space. If I am unable to find someone to lease the apartment out to, I would be willing to rent out the entire place for $850. I would pay the rest of the rent, but you would have to take over the utilities
