My friend and I are looking for a third female roommate (preferably a graduate student) to live with us in a beautiful and spacious (1380 sq ft) bilevel apartment in Rittenhouse Square (12th and Walnut) that is very affordable. It is in a GREAT location! The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath with a smaller that is large enough to be a bedroom (9'8 X 9'0).
