Unfurnished bedroom in huge duplex. Charming street, great neighborhood. Hardwood floors in living & dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, breakfast nook/office. Apartment is furnished except for room available. I am 36,female, nonsmoker, BFA in Studio Art, love to travel amd work in advertsing (uually gone from 7-5). ALSO: I have a Devon Rex cat. She is very friendly and loves to cuddle, well trained and supposedly hypoallergenic, but I'm not sure if that's really true.
