Private use of large main bathroom located directly next to spare bedroom, as well as additional storage cabinet in small hallway in between. There is a wall plate in the bedroom that may be a cable hookup; Cox will set it up as long as there is building approval. Any uncovered parking may be used. The main living space is furnished.
