I have an apartment, I need a female roommate. The apartment has only one bedroom, but is big enough that we can share it. Otherwise, one person can use the living room as a bedroom and the other person can have the bedroom. Smoke free apartment. Good size. Stove, fridge, cable, internet, are all already here. $245 is very low. The apartment is across the street from Hawkeye Community College, and it's easy to catch the city bus from here.
