I have a bedroom for rent . My son has moved out to college . Small house just outside town . I work full time and I’m a single father to a 10 yr girl. Prefer female simply because of my daughter being here . Asking 150 a month plus half the electricity .the house sits about 5 miles east of the mall off 67 so super close to town
