I have a house about 10 min drive from campus . Looking to rent a room . Not really needing a roommate as much as a house sitter I’m gone a lot . Have full run of the house . Internet. Washer /dryer private drive and 8 acres with a pool . It’s quiet and nice to place to relax and entertain. I prefer a female renter because I have a 10 year older daughter that will be home at times and I feel more comfortable that way . All utilities are included
