Looking for a roommate for the next school year. We live in a house that is about a 10 min walk from campus. The house features a newly renovated bathroom, new garage and a nice backyard. Rent is a flat $615 a month. We are both students at the University and we would prefer the same for a potential roommate. You would live with 2 other guys who are pretty laid back and quiet.
