Two family house that was converted into a one family. Rooms being offered for rent are on the 2nd floor, one makes a good size bedroom and the other could be seperate sitting room. Also you would have seperate bathroom, and the laundry room is outside your bath and our room. First floor is common area and includes a sitting room, 1/2 bath and well equiped kitchen. We have a small back yard, great for grilling out, hanging out or if someone has a dog - place for them to run off some steam.
