I have a 2,000 sq. ft. house that is 2 years old. I have a lot of room to spread out sinjce it is just me and my two dogs. The yard is .46 acres and fenced in. It is a cape cod style house with a large room bonus room upstairs along with my office. The two other bedrooms are down stairs along with the two bathrooms.
