4.5 year old, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 level single family home. I have 2 bedrooms available. One is the 2nd largest of the house - aside from the Master bedroom. The other is a smaller room, which is perfect for an office or child's room. I can rent one or both. I will give one bathroom (the one my son uses) up completely if renting both rooms. The fee for both rooms is $950 or $750 for just the larger one. The house has an unfinished basement with a private entrance, can be used for den area.
