I dont have kids but I have a kitten. She's very sweet and playful. She is spayed but not declawed. Looking to fix that within the next few months. I don't care how you keep your room but I would prefer that you try to keep the rest of the house or apartment clean. I also don't care if you smoke as long you do so outside and away from me. I don't mind if you have some company over as long as you don't make too much noise. I only drink socially. Thank you for taking the time to re
