About this household
My house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a quiet neighborhood. The room I’m looking to rent out is an average sized bedroom with a view of the side yard. You’ll have your own bathroom as well. The common space is fully furnished. Large sectional couch, 50” 4K Tv and a lovely speaker system. The garage has a home theater setup with a 120” projector screen and full surround sound. Also have a pool table/ping pong table. I do have kids but only part time. I also have a loveable dog and cat.
