I am a divorced SWF, 43 mother of 1. We are looking for a place to live while I save up enough for a down payment (for my first house!) I am a nurse, been at Presbyterian for 17yrs. My son is amazing and we are willing to share a room if necessary. He is NOT a typical 15yr old boy. He has been raised properly. Anyone who meets him adores him. Looking ideally for a mother-in-law suite or pool/guest house for a good deal. He plays ball at Butler HS so would like to stay IN Matthews if possible. :)
