House is only 1 mile from fun and shopping in the Avondale area of West Ashley. Large living room with fireplace, dining room, wood floors, nice front yard and large fenced backyard with wooden deck. D/W and W/D included. I have one cat, but your cat or dog is negotiable. Yard landscaping included in rent. The lease is 10 mo. starting July 1. My original roommate was laid off right after we signed the lease and had to move for a new job. Deposit and rent amount are negotiable.
